Evaluation

All in all, it was a success and so will not need to reschedule or make time for more footage to be redone. In reference to my risk assessment, the weather stayed neutral and calm and the spot was quiet and easy to get in some scenic shots without too many of the public being involved.

Critical points

When reviewing our footage, we found that in several shots, a dot of dirt was on the camera lens. Although not too noticeable, it is annoying to work around it. Thankfully with the amount of times we shot the duet singing, it was easy to put in alternative footage.

We also originally planned to change locations to Uphill, however due to our timekeeping we decided that it would be too dark by the time we relocated.

If I were to redo this project in future, I would fully ensure

We also found it impractical to carry about heavy equipment (the camera, tripod and dolly) however this could not be avoided and was foreseen.

I feel I have learnt a lot more on how to manage equipment, skills on audio, camera work, lighting, organisation of crew and digital management.

I feel confident that I can achieve a music video with good continuity and reflects the fantastic songwriting and vocals that the pair produce.
